The Tickford Trading Post

Trading Post is a service exclusive to Tickford Property clients and registered users of our web site

Established clients and registered users can advertise their properties for sale and their requirements for properties that they wish to buy, free of charge.

Registered users who are not clients will be charged a transaction fee of £250 per property if they buy or sell a property advertised on the site. However this fee will be rebated if the landlord uses Tickford Management as managing agent.

Our staff can arrange viewing, negotiate terms, oversee the transfer from one client to another and act as the go between, preserving, if required, the privacy of each client until a sale or purchase is agreed.

Tickford Management will undertake significant marketing activity to drive interested parties to the web site in order to maintain a community of people active in the buy to let market.

Every time a new property is advertised for sale or a buyer advertises he is in the market to purchase properties an email will be sent to all clients immediately and to non-clients one week later.

Landlords are invited to provide their own copy, (and a digital photograph if a property is for sale), by email to customerservice@tickfordmanagement.com.

Where Tickford Management staff are requested to photograph properties a nominal charge of £25 per property will be made providing the property is within Liverpool City boundaries.
